Terms & Conditions

All clients of Unlimit-Hosting.com are required to read the terms of this Agreement carefully. By using our services, you accept all terms and conditions set out below. Anyone you authorize to use your account also agrees that:

1. Brand Integrity
You shall not commit any act or omission which may, at the sole and absolute discretion of Unlimit-Hosting.com, impair the image, goodwill, or interests of the company.

2. Legal Compliance & Prohibited Content
Transmission, distribution, or storage of any data in violation of Hong Kong SAR laws (civil or criminal) is strictly prohibited. This includes copyrighted material, trademarks, or trade secrets used without authorization. Unlimit-Hosting.com reserves the right to remove illegal, lewd, or objectionable material immediately without prior notice.

3. Server Resource Usage
Web hosting accounts and FTP access are for hosting websites only. We do not allow download-only sites, mirror sites, or the distribution of storage services to third parties without prior written permission.

4. Restricted Content Types
The following site types are strictly prohibited:

  • Adult Content: Erotic or pornographic materials and advertisements.
  • Pirated Software (Warez): Any copyrighted software distributed without cost.
  • Hacking/Phreaking: Resources for viruses, anarchy, or compromising network integrity.
  • Defamation: Defamatory remarks distributed via our infrastructure.

5. Security & Network Integrity
Unauthorized access, probing, or scanning of system security is prohibited. Any attempt to interfere with service (e.g., mail bombing, flooding, or deliberate overloading) will result in immediate termination and potential criminal liability.

6. Anti-Spam Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Unsolicited Broadcast Email (UBE) or Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE). Spamming activities are strictly prohibited.

7. Termination & Domain Transfers
Accounts are cancelled at the end of the current billing term. It is the Client's sole responsibility to download all data and email prior to termination.

  • Domain Transfers: To transfer a domain or retrieve a domain password, you must notify us via email at at least 45 days prior to the activation/renewal date.

8. Limitation of Liability & Backups
Unlimit-Hosting.com is not responsible for any damages your business may suffer. We provide no warranties, expressed or implied. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to perform daily backups of their data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, service interruptions, or user error.

9. No-Refund Policy
All payments, including service fees, pre-paid fees, and domain registration fees, are strictly non-refundable.

10. Administrative Charges

  • Hosting Platform Switching (Unix to Windows or vice versa): HK$300
  • Website Upload/Replacement for a different domain: HK$300
  • DNS Re-mapping: HK$300 per record
  • Postal Invoice/Receipt: HK$30 per request

Unlimit-Hosting.com reserves all rights regarding the final interpretation of this Agreement and may update service fees effective at the end of a prepaid term.
